Very clean and welcoming. Good quality of fittings and bedding.
We would have welcomed somewhere to hang clothes, and struggled with the TV aerial and reception. Ideally should be fixed in a position where the signal works for the stations, but we managed in the end.

Great location and parking facilities. The property was well maintained and very appealing. The front garden was spacious and well presented. Nice shower/toilet, all very clean.
Extremely small and cramped for two guests. The water was warm in the shower but barely warm in the kitchen taps and bathroom sink (despite clicking the hot water switch on and off several times). The property had no ventilation except in the bathroom therefore very damp in the morning and excessive condensation on rucksacks-stored on the floor/under bed as no hanging space.
