The flat was a bit hard to find in the dark with driving rain, but the photo was very helpful. The sofas and beds were very comfortable and the big kitchen table was great for playing games after dinner. Parking was easy and there is a big Tesco just down the road. The 23 bus is very close and runs every 15 mins to the middle of town and beyond. The area is very quiet and peaceful, and neighbours were helpful and friendly. The kitchen is very well equipped and easy to use, and we enjoyed cooking and eating at home
A few smaller saucepans would be useful, and we couldn't find a food waste bin, or where to take glass bottles. A neighbour took them for us, and told us which days were for which bins.

The location was very good. Peaceful and convenient for local bus transport into the city.
The access to the property. We couldn't gain access to the keys despite my earlier message which said I didn't have access to the internet and all messages should be copied to my friend. I only found the instructions when I got home, Luckily the door to apartment was open when we got there, but there was no way of locking up while we were out and when we left the property. this was not a failing of the apartment, but of the management company.
With regard to the apartment, we would have appreciated instructions on how to use the TV.
