La déco. La popreté. Tous les conseils (plan, parking, resto etc....). Les échanges avec Alex..... La souplesse pour l'heure d'arrivée

Salve, mi è piaciuta la posizione della struttura, in centro di Bayeux.
Nella struttura c'era un forte odore di muffa, il saltarello (tappo) del lavandino non era ermetico e non si poteva riempire. Ma la cosa che mi ha deluso maggiormente è stato il rapporto con il cliente. Infatti, più volte ho cercato di contattare la persona di riferimento di Bed in the city APPART'HOTEL by MELROSE via What'up per sapere come pagare la tassa di soggiorno, senza ottenere risposta. Pensavo di dover incontrare qualcuno di Melrose, ma nulla. Per non mancare di pagare, l'ultimo giorno, ho lasciato una busta intestata alla persona di riferimento con la somma richiesta avvisando via What'up di passare in struttura a ritirarla, ma anche qui nessuna risposta. L'indomani mattina in aeroporto ho ricevuto una email che mi invitava a pagare tramite bonifico, ho prontamente eseguito il pagamento. Nessun riferimento alla somma nella busta lasciata, che perderò sicuramente. Mi chiedo e Vi chiedo: l'attenzione e l'assistenza al cliente non dovrebbe essere un dovere? Non penso di scegliere Melrose la prossima volta. A Voi l'ardua sentenza.
