Such a great, clean and beautiful aparmtement. It’s big, and even nicer than the pictures. It had everything you need for a great stay. The location is a 10/10, could not be any better, in the midle everything. We stayed 5 nights and had a blast.
What also made our stay so nice was the hosts. They were so professional, always answered quick, made the check-in and practical stuff of information smooth and easy. They were really great people. If possible we would give them a 12/10.

The location was great! Everything nearby. We were very grateful for the supermarket next to the building. The cleaniness was a huge plus! We also didn't hear any neighbour so the place is quite and cozy.
We would have appreciated some kitchen paper. Although there is an elevator, keep in mind it is rather small. The washing machine and dryer function great and are new but the washing machine needs some inside cleaning, specially in the gum area, it was a bit smelly.

Central location yet the apartment was very quiet and peaceful. Easy access to and from airport.
Clean, tidy and comfortable.
Staff were very good at replying to queries.
It would have been good to have had more specific instructions about the recycling arrangements and to have had a separate bin for food waste. Our recycling system is different in the UK.

Location was perfect. Beds were comfortable, except for the sofa. The flat is for maximum four people.
The shower curtain was too short so the floor was soaking wet all the time. No microwave, toaster. No dish soap, although the owner requested to do the dishes before checking out.
The flat was very cold when we arrived. Although we turned on the heating immidiatelly, it was poor.
The owner was spaming us with messages, even at 3 am.
I read in the comment section that many guests had the same comments, but nothing was done to improve this.
