Very spacious, safe and secure. Everything we needed for our holiday. Hosts were very helpful. Many pubs, restaurants, supermarkets easily accessible on foot.

The apartment is very comfortable and well equipped, and in a great location. Aside from the kitchen, the rooms are spacious, beds good. Three sets of keys was very convenient for our group.
The building looks and feels like 1950s converted hostel accommodation. The photos make it look considerably nicer than it is. We found it depressing, thin walls, only one FULL bathroom, need to keep blinds down all day for privacy.

The apartment is spacious with 3 bedrooms plus a sofa bed and 3 washrooms, considering it is right in central London, in close proximity to many attractions, public transportation, convenient stores, wine shop, restaurants, pubs and cafes. It is on a relatively quiet street close to the bigger avenues. Kitchen has the needed basic amenities, a washer and a rack for hang drying clothes. Liz is wonderfully kind and responsive, I felt that we were in good hands.
Additional toilet paper is not included and no small face cloths. TV in kitchen didnt have connection thus not able to use. TV in living room did not appear to have news channels to allow us to stay in touch. There is a somewhat steep staircase (about 15 steps) to get to the bedrooms upstairs, thus elderly customers may need to take precaution.
