Very spacious with lots of beds and bathrooms for the seven of us. On a busy street. Everything was clean, met all our needs. Host was very communicative.

We came to Dayton for a friend's wedding. We brought the whole family as I have a lot of family in Ohio that we hadn't seen in awhile. This house was the perfect place for our relatives to stop by and visit, and the game room was a hit with the kids. Clean, quite, and tons of supplies. Easily the best stocked rental house we have stayed in! It's an older house but everything works very well and it has a TON of character and nostalgia.
