Situated yards from an unspoilt beach, this cosy shepherd’s hut is in a perfect spot of Pagham, with a private outside seating area, parking and direct access to the beach.. 4 steps to entrance.

Shower Room: Cubicle Shower, Toilet. Electric heater, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Decking with garden furniture. 2 small dogs or 1 large dog welcome. Electric vehicle charging point. Private parking for 2 car. No smoking. Please note: The property is accessed via an unadopted private road where there may be pot holes and care must be taken.. With an open-plan layout, this bespoke Shepherds hut has everything needed for a very comfortable stay including a comfy bed, electric heater and carpet underfoot. The kitchen has everything you could need including an electric hob, fridge and microwave. The modern shower room has a fantastic large cubicle with electric shower. Outside, enjoy your own private screened decking with outdoor dining area.
This is the perfect getaway to experience everything the south coast has to offer. The property is near Pagham Nature Reserve, a sanctuary for birds and other wildlife. About 10 miles away, Chichester boasts a beautiful cathedral, Chichester Festival Theatre, and world-famous events at Goodwood and horse racing at Fontwell. The South Downs National Park is renowned for its network of scenic walks, and just a short drive away is the cosmopolitan city of Brighton to the east, Portsmouth to the west, and ferry trips can be taken to the Isle of Wight.
