The home is beautiful and was such a perfect size for our family. We did have a few challenges. I didn't quite appreciate the stair situation when I booked, and my mother had knee replacement and struggles with stairs. We figured it out, but anyone booking should know there are two flights to get to the main house and a half-flight to get to the apartment downstairs. Secondly, the code didn't work on the apartment when we arrived, but the team was amazing and got us a code immediately that opened that door. Then, the pool has a crack of some type, because it was losing about 6 inches of water each day. My husband was able to manage it and kept it full so we could use it, but the leak also seemed to create a lot of sand in the pool, so we were cleaning it daily. I do believe the homeowner is aware of this and probably plans to fix it during the off season. Lastly, and perhaps most importantly, the master bedroom mattress was absolutely terrible. We tried sleeping there the first night and both woke up with back pain. The next night my husband slept on the couch and I slept on the queen bed upstairs in the open area. It definitely wasn't an ideal situation. Since it's the only king bed in the house, it really needs to be addressed. We loved the home and would gladly recommend it to friends once the mattress is replaced in the master...the rest of the concerns were not huge issues. We love the house and its location, and it's gorgeous, well decorated and well appointed.

Everything was great. Grandkids all had their own beds. Everyone enjoyed the pool and the big living room. This was a nice quiet part of town.

Great property with plenty room for all my grown children. Property management was easy to access and provided a smooth check in. Kitchen completely stocked with any pan or tool you may need. All 3 fridges do take forever to cool off but NO complaints.

Stay was nice communication was poor and pool was not as advertised but they did eventually call me as we were leaving and did attempt to make it right. But unfortunately we had to adjust our plans due to the issue.
