Featuring convenient amenities such as private laundry and a spacious master bedroom with a king-sized bed, it is perfectly equipped for your stay in Metro Detroit.
Please note there are stairs at the entryway.
This spacious upper flat is located just outside the city of Detroit.
This is the upstairs unit of a duplex style home. Both units are 100% private!
When you book this space, you will have your own private driveway & entrance. After walking up the stairs, you'll walk into a bright and spacious living area with a large master bedroom.
This unit has a Washer/Dryer located in the guest bedroom, 2 smart tvs, and enough space to comfortably host 1-4 guests.
The guest will have their own private driveway and own private entrance. There are no shared spaces. This unit is 100% private!
I am available by text or phone call and will be your main point of contact during your stay. I am local and can address most concerns quickly!
The property is conveniently located on 10 mile road. There is not much neighbor interaction, however, the neighborhood is safe. While it is a busier road, the noise cannot be heard from inside the home.
It is recommended you have a vehicle or access to transportation to get around.
Guests should note that you'll need to walk up stairs to enter the unit. Because of this, it is not the most pet friendly space and it is encouraged for guests to find alternative accommodations if pets will be traveling with you.

Please note that we may require a signed lease for guests who will stay 28 days or more.
★ NON PET FRIENDLY HOME★
This unit is located on the 2nd floor and is considered not pet friendly. Please let your host know if you are traveling with pets & we'll recommend pet friendly units we have available. Non approved pets will be subject to a $500 fine.
★SECURITY CAMERAS AND RECORDING DEVICES ★
A Ring doorbell with a camera is installed at the front door for safety. It only monitors the exterior entryway and is active 24/7. There are no cameras inside the property, ensuring your privacy throughout your stay.

Check-in and check-out were easy. The unit was clean but had a musty smell to it when we arrived. There were fans blowing to air it out. We bought air freshener to help. The kitchen was nice and clean. There was a coffee maker, but no coffee cups. Well stocked with other dishes and utensils. Those couple things are the reasons I didn't rate 5 stars. I must say though I would rent it again if I'm in town because the price was very reasonable for the 3 days we were there. Also, the Manager called and texted just to check in on us which was refreshing.
