Гарне помешкання з балконом на двір/сад. Не дуже далеко від центру. Велика ванна кімната з душовою кабіною та ванною. Пралки не було. Зручна кухня обладнана посудомийкою та Nespresso кавоваркою.
Дві просторі кімнати, індивідуальне опалення (тепле помешкання), Wi-Fi.
Закріпленого паркомісця немає - як виявилось, безкоштовна громадська - це звичайна громадська парковка вздовж тротуару де це дозволено. Місце для парковки не завжди можливо було знайти біля будинку - іноді сумки з продуктами доводилось нести з сусідньої вулиці.

Die Unterkunft war sehr geräumig, modern, se Check in, großzügig geschnitten
Leider hat die Unterkunft etwas schmuddelig. Geschirrspüler war dreckig, es gab dreckiges Geschirr, das lag sehr viel Staub auf dem Boden, so dass wir selber noch mal nach putzen mussten.
Auch im Kühlschrank lagen noch Essensreste.

Schöne Wohnung, in guter Lage.
12 min bis zum Zentrum.
Ausstattung der Wohnung ist hochwertig und ruhig das Wohnumfeld. Kostenlose Parkmöglichkeit ist vorhanden und die Anbindung an den Busverbindungen ist gut. Wir können die Wohnung gerne weiter empfehlen.
Es müsste darauf hingewiesen werden das die Wohnung im dritten Stock ist, ohne Fahrstuhl.
Das fernsehen war eine Herausforderung, die Beschreibung dazu stimmte nicht und das Programm stürzte regelmäßig ab. Wenn man so wie wir etwas älter ( 67/70 ) ist, ist das schon mühsam.

Very smooth check-in and check out. No problems. Apartment is super clean, modern, comfortable, just works very well. Area is quiet at nights, we slept well. Parking places are plenty but not always available in front of the house. Was no problem though, we always found one. OK distance from the centrum, 20 min by walk. Grocery store with bakery (Edeka) not even 5 min by foot away.
We stayed one full week, which for me is probably maximum to be without washing machine. One small other minus is the kitchen utensils, no cutting knives eg.
