I love this hotel and the staff at the reception is fantastic especially Amin who’s a kind and supportive person in addition to the man who made my check in on 27 th Oct and the check out today. The cleanliness of the room is well done but the staff at the bar yesterday was not smiling and one of them had an unpleasant way to respond to my question on the pass to have a soft drink. There’s also an improvement area on the staff at the breakfast who’s taking the plates and glasses not empty before I finish what I’ve brought for my breakfast but the staff is kind. The lady who’s preparing the omelettes during the breakfast is well organised ! I’d love to comeback to the hotel.

Television not in proper working order for whole stay despite technician being available. Nice rooms but the interior decor could be much better. No change of linen despite request. Good front desk workers.

location is decent although a bit of walk 5-10mins from hbf so not the easiest with luggage, however skyline plaza is just right behind the hotel offering a lot of food options

Location, facility, staff and cleanliness is great. BUT for almost *** a night its not worth it. It took 40 mins to check in to this hotel because of long line. I meant long line that goes beyond their bar at the lobby. The room ceiling looks like unfinished because of "industrial/modern" finish-look which I dont see appealing for the price. The booked room reads it has "separate toilet and bath tub" yet no bath tub in the room, it even shows the room with the bath tub lol. It says city view but we got back of the city view. One is basically paying the name of the hotel not quality.
