Come drink, eat and stay on your next getaway to the beautiful Texas Hill Country!
The Space:
Unit 15 - 1 Bedroom (Two King Beds) | Queen Sleeper | Full Kitchen | Sleeps 6
Looking for the perfect spot to spend your time in Fredericksburg? Come and stay in one of our cozy tiny homes; each one has its own unique style and layout. Tiny but spacious describes the home's interior. Each has a comfortable place to sit and relax and either a full kitchen or kitchenette (microwave & Refrigerator only) for making a delicious snack or meal. Outside you have your own private patio to take in the stunning sunset while sipping on a glass of wine. What are you waiting for? Come stay, drink, and eat at the best-kept secret in the Hill Country, The Resort at Fredericksburg!
Guest Access:
✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $53 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $1.5 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.
To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.

Great location. The house had the basics. The handle on the shower door was broken and the Keurig didn’t work properly but there’s a Starbuck’s up the street. A grill would’ve been nice (Maybe there was one somewhere) there’s a swimming pool by the restaurant/wine tasting room but we were told it’s only for looks. We enjoyed the sports area. Nice views. Overall we had a great stay and would book again.
