One side of a townhouse. There are 2 separate townhouses. Each townhouse is rented separately, and the guests will have private access to the entire town including private entrance, private backyard with private pool, firepit, outdoor dining and lounge areas and free parking in driveway. Each townhouse has a private pool.
Just blocks from the beach, enjoy the sun, sand and surf this area is known for! After soaking up the sun on the beach, head back and continue making memories with family and friends by the pool.
This amazing townhouse features a spacious living room with a sleeper sofa on the ground floor. This large and sunny space is a perfect spot to gather and unwind with family and friends. Across from the living room are the fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and large dining area. This townhouse comes equipped with 2 dishwashers. The ground floor also features a full bathroom, owner's closet, and full-sized washer and dryer.
The 2nd floor features the master bedroom with king bed and en-suite including a double vanity, walk in glass shower, and luxurious jacuzzi.
The 3rd floor features 4 spacious bedrooms including a full-sized bed and 6 queen beds. Each room includes a full bathroom, plenty of storage space and come equipped with Smart TVs.

Parking is not allowed on the grass or besides the house.
The car cannot block any part of the curb or the street,
Guests cannot park on the neighbors' driveway!
For any parking violation, the guest will be responsible for all towing expenses and tickets.

You will be provided with full check in instruction on the day of arrival at 12 pm. It is a self-check in with a smart lock.

No one under the age of 21 will be permitted on the property without their parent or legal guardian unless previously agreed upon in writing.

This was a really nice house with lots of space for several families. Nice little pool outback. Not right on the beach but close public parking on the beach
