Spazi, disposizione, finiture e attrezzatura, comodo parcheggio riservato. Ottima comunicazione con l'agenzia che gestisce l'appartamento.

Un po' rumoroso il traffico (frequente di giorno, quasi inesistente di notte) nella strada che passa a fianco, ma i serramenti sono ottimi e attenuano bene.
