Carina, accogliente e dotata di tutte le necessità, anche la propria è stata molto disponibile all’arrivo e ci ha consegnato le chiavi dopo pulizia e disinfezione di tutti i locali. Nonostante la lontananza dal mare è ben predisposta di mezzi pubblici nelle vicinanze.

Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig. Der rostige Boiler über der Sitzwanne erfordert neben viel Mut einen Helm bei der Körperpflege. Die "belebte Gegend" stellte sich als eine äußerst stark befahrene Straße (24h) heraus. Die Sicherheit zeigte sich, als ein Obdachloser das Treppenhaus zum übernachten nutzte
Das vorhandene mobile Klimagerät funktionierte grundsätzlich gut, jedoch ist ein geöffnetes Fenster für die Abluft trotz Verkehrslärm nötig. Zudem flutete es die Wohnung mit Kondenswasser. Ständiges aufwischen ist bei nutzung unerlässlich.
Geschirr, Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Teppiche etc. sind ausreichend vorhanden.
Der nächste saubere Strand ist in ca. 4km erreichbar; zwei gut sortierte Supermärkte sind in 100m zu Fuß erreichbar, ebenso Gastronomie.
Das schöne Stadtzentrum ist in ca zwei Kilometern zu erreichen.
