Had key code but a little difficult to open the box. It was also a little difficult to see the numbers in the dark.
Nothing - Key code in advance worked well.
Shower was the only issue - scolding or freezing. That was our main issue.

Property is well maintained, clean and spacious.
Floor boards are very noisy, heard every time someone was up to use the bathroom . Doors are light again hearing everything.

The house was very clean and tidy with great facilities.
Small items needed some attention e.g front door tab was very loose, oven fan very noisy, broken bath panel poorly patched with tape, side gate lock was poorly aligned

"Comfortable clean and inviting.
Kitchen had all the equipment needed and a welcome pack.
Bathroom was clean and also had shower gel shampoo etc. with plenty of hot water and a working shower.
