Die Lage ist perfekt für Ferien ohne Auto! Beide Bahnhöfe, Bushaltestelle und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fussläufig erreichbar. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem ruhigen Quartier mit Ausblick auf eine Wiese.
Die Instandhaltung der Wohnung ist unzureichend: das Bidet im Badezimmer ist undicht, der Wasserhahn in der Küche lottert, der Bodenbelag im Schlafzimmer ist defekt, die Abläufe der Waschbecken in den Badezimmern funktionieren nicht richtig...
Unter den Betten war es sehr schmutzig. Kleider, die unter das Doppelbett gerutscht sind, waren danach schwarz.

tutto perfetto: spazi, pulizia, posizione, servizi inclusi... soggiorno godibilissimo per le 6 persone che può ospitare nelle 3 camere, una matrimoniale con bagno privato (vasca, bidet, wc e lavandino), una con due singoli ed una con un letto a castello. cucina (con la porta: niente odori ovunque) piccola ma dotata di qualsiasi elettrodomestico o pentolame. ogni stanza finestrata tranne il secondo bagno (doccia, wc e lavandino). letti molto comodi. zona giorno con due divani, una poltrona ed un taovolo grande. smart tv con canali itliani. la terrazza dà sulle case limitrofe: non c'è un super panorama ma è godibilissima. internet gratis e veloce. riscaldamento (termosifoni regolabili) adeguato alla temperatura esterna. arredamento tipico con mobili antichi, caldo ed accogliente. c'è tutto: giochi in scatola, necessario per pulire, lenzuola, asciugamani, coperte e cuscini extra...veramente tutto. parcheggio riservato più posto in garage con basculante elettrico. sale esterne per sci e lavanderia. la posizione, un quartiere residenziale di Celerina, perfetta: bus a 200m, stazione RHB a 500m, St. Moritz a meno di 3km...
comunicazione col gestore eccelsa: inviano via whatsapp video e foto con qualsiasi indicazione sull'alloggio, compreso come recuperare le chiavi, e sono estremamente disponibili
note negative, che metto qui perchè in parte relative: manca specchio a figura intera, lavatrice ed asciugatrice a pagamento per niente economiche e costo pulizie finali decisamente esagerato: se si soggiorna più a lungo delle nostre 2 notti, oltretutto in 3 (ed abbiamo usato la cucina solo per il bollitore per il tè), si spalma, ma comunque è alto; si potrebbe rivedere in relazione ad ospiti e notti perché incide molto sul totale del soggiorno

Super Lage, toller Check in und out alles ist unkompliziert verlaufen. Leider mussten wir nach einer Nacht notfalls wieder abreisen was uns sehr leid getan hat. Super praktisch der Parkplatz, der Balkon und auch ganz toll das es im EG war. Denke wir hätten die Tage sehr genossen. Ganz herzige Wohnung.
Leider sind die Leisten, Spiegel, Möbel etwas in die Jahre gekommen oder brauchen Erneuerung und es könnte ein bisschen Modernisierung brauchen.

Chesa La Giunfa lives up to Alps themselves. My family felt immediately at home. You have everything you need to settle into a memorable family vacation.
The rooms were perfectly sized. Living room/dining area had ample room for family hang outs.
Videos from the owners provided an excellent explanation for valuable information.
Having to find change to complete laundry was a bit surprising - but we were able to get some before every store closed.
