I have been in Woodside for 8 nights two years ago, and I had bad experience in that period. This time I don’t have high expectations, but it was surprised me, I really enjoyed my stay. The owner of the apartment is very welcoming.The apartment is clean and you got everything you needed. We just stayed two nights, but they still came for cleaning every day.
I think they shouldn’t charge for parking fee, and it’s quite expensive.

well designed room with a bedroom in the mezanine, sofa bed in the living room thats quite comfortable.Both the bedroom and the iving room have an excellent view of the slope.
can be a ski and ski out with a ski rental( excellent guys those) in the ground floor and a locker from which we can ski in and out.
functional kitchen and makes for a very comfortable stay close to the slopes, in house ski rental and shopes close by and a parking in the basement ( at a cost).
the heating element went off mid stay and though the room was warmed through central heating, the heater was useful to dry gloves but not a major issue.
The host Ivana was wonderful,very helpful and reachable but for being a little irate and angry when she came to give the access card at the airpoirt and i was late in getting out (the flight got delayed and my luggage was lost: the usual queues to report it: not in my control reallly)

Apartment house is in the center of Kopaonik, they have next door ski rent. You can litterally ski out of the building using the next lift.
The sauna didn't work 2 out of four days we were there. I missed heating devices for drying my clothes after skiing.

There is no support at all upon arrival. Since the apartment is not a part of a Woodside Hotel, the staff do not care about you. It doesn't matter what you are asking for, the answer is always the same. "This is not our apartment, call the property staff". No cleaning, no service, no nothing. We do not have even a toilet paper in the toilet, we have to buy ourslef. No sheets for fourth bed, just blanket and pillow, we had to call the property staff again. We have to throw garbage ourslef, since nobody came 3 days to clean the apartment. They came a last night before we left next morning, after we called a staff maybe 5 times or so. It's really sad to have an apartment like this and no support at all. The apartment owner has to fix the misunderstanding with the hotel staff to provide some support. Customers should not suffer because of their disagreements.
