It really is a gorgeous space. Super quiet, close to downtown Ballard, clean, comfy and spacious.
Turning left at the welcome sign could have been a little more clear, but that is the only thing I could think of as an opportunity.

The location is perfect, having both a quiet street and easy walking access to restaurants and the zoo. The bedroom, living room, and bathroom are large and comfortable. While the kitchen area is small, we only needed it for breakfast. It was well stocked with a small fridge, sink, microwave, and kitchenware. A large washer and dryer as well as nice bathroom towels, a hairdryer with a diffuser attachment, quality lotions and shampoo was most appreciated. We also appreciated the rope lighting that wound up the exterior stairs.
We liked everything about the property. It was comfortable and suited our needs perfectly. Someone might object to accessing the kitchen area through the bathroom, but we did not mind at all.
