The view is great as you can look out over the lake and mountains. We had space to spread out and had everything we needed really - we could even make fondu (take your own candle).
I was really worried about the shower as previous reviews had mentioned the floor and it is off putting to see all the dials broken and wooden slats on the floor but it was very powerful once we worked out how to use it.
Nice walks near by and close to the railway if you needed it. We explored Stoos, Engleberg and Lucerne then on to Interlaken and Lake Thun so ideal location for us.
Unfortunately we had an issue with ants in the kitchen and bathroom which was hard to then use the kitchen properly. We kept everything in the fridge and although we message the owner who said they would send help we didnt get anything!
Extra seating (sofa or armchairs) would be nice as 4 was a squeeze on the sofa.

They communicated the check in clearly and the box was easy to find and open.
Perfect apartment - 2 bedrooms, well-equipped kitchen, bathroom was good. There were even some chocolate bars and water left for us - nice small details. It was clean and neat. Parking was just in frond, the train station was literally 3 minutes walk away and the train to Lucerne came often enough. No problems with the check in and check out.
If I have to look for flaws - I asked for a cot but it was not prepared in advance but I only booked it the evening before so I guess it was too last minute.
