Cet hôtel est quasiment sous le château de Joux, comme son nom le fait deviner. Ma chambre était spacieuse et belle, avec une salle de bain et des w.c. séparés : ces sanitaires n'étaient pas non plus exigus, et c'est appréciable. La literie était confortable. La route est passante, mais les doubles fenêtres assurent une très bonne insonorisation. Atout de l'établissement : il dispose d'une très vaste terrasse entourée de prairies, bien agréable pour prendre un verre.
Le petit déjeuner est très "couleur locale", avec notamment de nombreux fromages de la région, mais côté laitages, il manque 2 essentiels ; des yaourts et du fromage blanc.

The hotel is easy to find close to an imposing cliff top chateau. The staff speak good English. The rooms are large and comfortable and we had a nice view of the chateau. The restaurant serves excellent food and is reasonably priced.

It is close to a very busy road with heavy traffic most of the day and night. It was difficult to sleep.
