Responsive and friendly owner. Basic but comfortable and good value for money. Not exactly close to the historical center but a comfortable walk.

There are utensils such as kettle, toastie maker and micro-wave but no access to a kitchen as such.

De dame heeft op ons gewacht. Wij hadden veel vertraging waardoor wij pas om 24.15 aankwamen. Kamer was schoon en alles was aanwezig.

Well appointed spotless self-contained room with everything you need including mini-fridge, microwave, crockery and utensils, fold away table, etc. Toñi was very friendly and treated me like one of the family. I'd definitely stay again.

Location is not too far from the centre. Despite of a been on a busy street, I did not experience any noise or disturbances from outside when sleeping.

It was hard to understand where to go first, as there were no clear prior instructions sent as to what to do upon arrival (and there is no external signage. This is just a common residential flat with the landlord living on prem). When asked beforehand, the landlord advised to contact him upon arrival, and when I sent a couple of messages via Booking.Com App - there was no reply received of any kind. I am not sure if this was due to a technical fault of the app. So, having arrived and still not knowing what to do, I rang the bell several times, there was still no response. So this was an uncomfortable moment as you can imagine. After waiting for 5 mins and trying second time the door was opened and the landlord let me in. The landlord then started to ask a lot of questions about me, which I also found a bit ackward, but OK. I am usually not asked personal questions, but perhaps he tried to look friendly or just wanted to know who he will be sharing the night with.
