The location was perfect for me as it a short walking distance from where I was working. The room itself was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good and the staff was polite and helpful.

We stayed at the hotel for three nights over New Year’s Eve, and honestly, I was not expecting such a modern and luxurious hotel in this part of Plovdiv. From the very beginning, everything exceeded our expectations.
The room was spotless - cleanliness was absolutely perfect. The staff at reception were very polite, friendly, and professional. Check-in was smooth, and they explained everything clearly, including how to use the key card and what to do in case of any issues.
When we entered the room, it was perfectly organized. I was really impressed that almost everything was controlled via buttons - curtains, lights, air conditioning, and more which gave the room a very high-tech and comfortable feel.
The next day, the room was cleaned again, and as a lovely New Year’s Eve touch, we received Mon Chéri chocolates as a compliment. Throughout the entire stay, from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, guests can enjoy free coffee and drinks in the lobby, which is a great bonus.
After check-out, we were pleasantly surprised with a bottle of red wine as a New Year gift - a very nice and thoughtful gesture.
Regarding parking, the hotel offers around 10–15 free parking spots on the street, as well as underground parking for an additional fee. During our stay, we were always able to find a parking space without any issues.
To summarize, I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.
