It is above Nendaz so it is a steep 5-10min walk from the centre or short drive but I mean steep. Excellent contact and directions warning us of road works so we had to go the long way round. Easy to walk to the cable car and and then we walked down and back into the chalet. Glorious views. Peaceful, sat outside watching the stars. We had a fabulous holiday.
No washing machine which was surprising for a chalet of this size and having come from the Tour de France etape, I was glad I had washed my partners cycling kit in our tiny AirBnB before arriving in Nendaz. No real cooking implements which made it more interesting. Not even a wooden spoon to stir the saucepan so we had to use the small raclette wooden scrapers. 1 knife (again for the raclette) outside of the bread knife and lack of decent sized glasses and mugs for breakfast considering the chalet sleeps 10. These are details but simple fixes especially with an IKEA not that far away!
Main thing was being woken up at 9am by garden maintenance without warning! The only morning we let the kids sleep in and had not had any communication that we would be disturbed, so that was disappointing.

Almost perfect location with amazing view of the valley and the surrounding mountains, only few dozens metres away from the ski slopes. And we have have skied trully from the door to the door. Very well equipped kitchen, and great joined living area with fire place. Very nice and practical rooms, fitting many persons even if rooms are small. :-)
The hot water may be scarce, if you do not watch the consumption.
