Location of apartment is perfect, directly in old town. When you go out of apartment you are right in the beautiful old town. The owner is very nice and easly reached whenever it is needed. Bed and couch are comfortable, bathroom is big and good. In the kitchen you can find all facilities and things you need.
The only thing is that it is noisy from the stone street where people are passing or sitting in the restaurant. And bells from nearby church. But this is just small minus and totally understandable when you book apartment in the heart of the old town. So in general NO MINUSES :)

Despite double glazing the glass collection and deliveries to the businesses in The street are very very noisy and happen before 6am and then the bells toll a lot at 7am so if you are an early riser this is perfect for you! There was very little noise from midnight to 6am. (We stayed for / sat /sun night and noise the same regardless)

Vladimir was very helpful in terms of check-in and accommodating us. All good. Located inside the historic city of Zadar, very convenient location to amenities, restaurants, and all the historical sites.
The only downside is that it's located in the very busy street with trash truck passing for pick-ups at very early morning hours. They did their best to seal the noise by proper layers of windows, but you can still hear it. No big issue, though.
