About this cottage rental
Stay in stylish luxury in one of West Seattle's best locations.
Our recently built garden cottage was designed with convenience and beauty in mind. Generously sized windows bathe the cottage in natural light, while allowing our guests to enjoy the property's gorgeous views. The home's location, perched in a desirable neighborhood high above West Seattle's coastline, provides quick access to everything going on at nearby Alki Beach.
When you step in through your private entrance, you'll find yourself in the cottage's kitchen/dining area. The full kitchen has every convenience - stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker, and so on. Dine inside or carry your coffee out to the front balcony to enjoy the fresh morning air.
Heading towards the back of the cottage, you'll pass the stacked washer and dryer at the back of the kitchen. Just down the hall is the bathroom, with step-in shower, fresh fluffy towels, and quality toiletries all ready for your use. Opposite the bathroom is a fun nook where you can organize your belongings to feel more at home. Put on some music, or grab a puzzle or board game.
At the back of the cottage is the bedroom/TV room. Here there is a queen-sized bed with a luxurious memory-foam topper. We provide high quality linens and bedding to ensure you have a comfortable night's rest.
The cottage is a second-floor unit, built atop a seldom used office and garage (used for storage, not parking) in our backyard.
Guests will have exclusive use of the private garden cottage. The yard is shared and may be used by the homeowner in the main house.
We do not offer reserved parking, but it is always easy (and free) to park on the street right near our home.

The cottage was very nice. Clean, well supplied and cozy. The neighborhood was felt very safe and the gardens in the area were beautiful. We had to message Laura a few times and she was quick to respond and VERY helpful. If we are ever in need of a place to stay in Seattle again, we would for sure return.
