Duplex apartment of approximately 60m² on the 2nd floor (no lift) of the residence (9 apt) with a shopping mall on the ground floor located in the center of the resort, 270m from the PLENEY cable car (MORZINE ski area / LES GETS) and 450m from the SUPER MORZINE gondola (access to the AVORIAZ ski area).

- Entrance with cupboard,
- separate WC,
- kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, stove, fridge (120l),
- living room - living room with a sofa bed (130x190), tv, bay window, balcony (west exposure).
Upstairs :
- a bedroom with two single beds (90x190), storage, skylight.
- a bedroom with a double bed (140x190), storage, window.
- bathroom with washing machine,
- separate WC.
Common fuel oil heating. WIFFI.
A covered parking space in the common garage. (hauteur2.20m)

We enjoyed being in the center of Morzine with an easy access to Supermorzine, le Pleyney and the shuttle bus to the Prodains (Avoriaz). We were also close to ski shops, ski rentals (Gravier rentals), bakery and restaurants. We appreciated the view from the apartment and the parking space underground. The only improvement would be a refrigerator adapted to a 6 persons rental.
