About this house rental

Just 1 mile from the ND Stadium, this wonderfully updated home featuring a large living room with queen size sleeper sofa, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and all of the items needed to cook & serve a meal. 3 generously sized bedrooms all with queen beds and 2 full baths. Large privacy fenced backyard with deck and outer patio area and bbq grill for added entertainment space. House comes equipped with a washer & dryer, portable crib, high chair, stroller and is kid friendly.
Guests will have access to the entire home.

Available if needed.

Wooded Estates is located on the SE side of compus, very close to restaurants, grocery store and bars.

Additional house rules
1. Guests will be charged in full for any damage or violations of the house rules below.

2. Guests must be 18+ years of age to make a reservation.

3. All guests must complete HomeStayHQ’s online check-in form to stay with us. This may require a photo of guests’ government-issued ID and personal information to verify their identity and comply with regulatory requirements.

4. Check-in starts at 4 pm. Checkout is at 11 am. Early check-in or late checkout may be requested but is not guaranteed. Guests who stay beyond their designated checkout time or delay our housekeeping staff are liable for any associated costs and expenses.

5. Smoking/Vaping violations are subject to a 250 USD fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, or repair damages. Illegal drugs of any kind are prohibited and not allowed on the property, including Marijuana.

6. Parties, gatherings or events and excessive noise are not allowed, including outside on private balconies, decks, patios or shared spaces, only the guests you listed are allowed on the property. Please respect our neighbors!

7. Do not share access to the property with anyone other than who’s on your guest list.

8. Commercial business work without written consent, illegal activity, and possession of firearms are strictly prohibited.

9. Overnight guests that exceed the number stated in the reservation are not allowed.

10. Pets are not allowed. Violation of our pet policy may result in a fine. We encourage guests with service animals to contact us before their stay.

11. Guests are responsible for covering the cost to replace lost keys, key cards, fobs, or parking passes.


12. Guests take full responsibility for loss, injury, or damage that occur on the premises and its facilities. Guests must report any property damage to customer service. Unreported damages will be charged to the guest’s credit card.

13. Booking a reservation constitutes an agreement to comply with the House Rules. Guests who violate these rules are liable for any associated damages, fees, costs, or expenses and may be removed from the property.

Everything was great, from the location, cleanliness, communication with Doug. The one thing that was not good was the location of the bathrooms. The master bathroom did not have its own bathroom, which is why I don’t consider this house to be as family friendly as others with a master bathroom.

Easy booking. Great communication prior to arrival and while there. House exactly as described. Impeccably clean, more than enough kitchen appliances and supplies. Paper products were aplenty. Lovely back porch and yard. Easy to get to ND on foot. Wouldn’t have changed a thing.
