Heart Of The River really has it all! I truly couldn't have enjoyed my stay any more — the property is gorgeous, well stocked with everything one might need, and the management overseeing the rental were professional, kind, and readily available whenever I had a question or needed something. I had a relaxing and restorative getaway, and absolutely plan to be back.

This home was the perfect home base for a fun-filled weekend in Guerneville. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by the sweet scent of the apple tree in full bloom—it was pure magic walking into the courtyard!The house itself is beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable. The kitchen is amazingly well-stocked, making it easy to settle in and feel right at home.There were three of us this trip, but there’s plenty of space for a larger group. I also housed some of our Women’s Weekend staff here and was so glad to have placed them somewhere so thoughtfully cared for and well-appointed.There are so many extras throughout the home that made it feel special—and next time, we’re definitely playing the arcade game in the casita!Highly recommend. We’re already dreaming of our next stay.

The place was pleasant and cozy. However, did have some ants at the kitchen sink area :(. Other than that, very enjoyable!
