** PLEASE NOTE ** (2) Garage Parking Available but Large SUV's or trucks will NOT fit inside our garage. The garage width is 89”. ** If you can fit your small SUV w hatchback inside the garage, you will have to most likely have to exit through the trunk. Garage is VERY Narrow.



For SUV's we provide (1) Permit Pass for street parking overnight. No RV's, trailers or hitches

Luggage drop-off is permitted inside garage #1 and #2. Please be advised that we are not responsible for any personal belongings left in this area as garage is not locked. Guest must be pre-approved or pre-arranged first before doing this.



HOUSE RULES:



It is our mission to ensure that our valued guests enjoy their stay with us! This is a permitted vacation rental with the City of LA. We also have an equally as important commitment to our neighbors and our community. Below are the house rules that we must enforce. Please read them as well as all your guests prior to confirming your reservation.



This is a short-term rental property only. No Tenants rights apply. You must check-out on the date your contract finishes.



* Minimum age to book is 25 years old. Valid photo IDs will be required from all Adult Guests.



* Check-in is after 4 pm | Check out is at 11 am.



MAX NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS 10 - includes infants. Extra Guest Fee applies Over 10 people

The Property is to be occupied by no more than the maximum sleep number stated on reservation unless approved in writing by Management. If Guest exceeds the occupancy limit and falsifies occupancy information at the time of reservation, Guest shall be subject to eviction. "Occupants" includes small children, infants and any and all visitors. If more than the maximum number is found to be occupying the Property at any time, you agree that a charge of $100 per person/per day will be made to your credit card. Additionally, this Agreement may be immediately terminated without a refund of any amounts paid. No Exceptions.



NO PARTIES OR EVENTS - due to the City of LA's strict ban of parties of large groups we need exact head counts of your guests at all times.



A party is defined as any combination of the following; ANY loud noise and/or excessive drinking that is disruptive to neighboring houses and/or guests outnumbering the maximum amount permitted as defined above. A party will result in an immediate eviction from the property with no refund given under any circumstance. Any exceptions to this policy must be approved by iTrip in writing prior to the arrival date.



NEIGHBOR COMPLAINTS

Actions by guests that result in neighbor complaints or police being called to the Property will result in a minimum $250 charge, which charge will be used to deal with legal issues and fines.



CITY OF LA NOISE ORDINANCE - QUIET HOURS: 10 pm – 8 am. No Outdoor Music or Loud Voices during this time.



NO SMOKING Smoking is allowed outside only. If any trace of smoke is found inside the home,

Great Hotel! Good location with an easy walk to Disneyland with views of the night time fireworks from our balcony. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. The rooms are a good size with good facilities. We enjoyed our stay there very much.

The house is amazing and the views were spectacular! We were in town to attend a UCLA football game with our two married children and granddaughter. This house worked so well at accommodating us and so nice to have private bathrooms for all the bedrooms. The only negatives that we had were the lack of any storage containers, zip lock bags or plastic wrap making it so hard to store any leftover food. Also the dishwasher did not work and it was very time consuming to hand wash a full load of dirty dishes! We reported the issue but due to it being the weekend it was not resolved while we were there.

This place is everything and more! The home is very spacious. We rented it for our son’s wedding. We wanted to have our other children and their spouses stay with us as well as grandkids. It fit everyone very well! The views are spectacular! From the morning sunrise to the twinkling lights at night, you will not be disappointed!

Parking at the property was a nightmare you had to squeeze the car in a tiny garage as the CD parking pass left was out of date. Dishwasher was broken and had no reply from property manager. Only one king bed and it was not in the master bedroom. Lots of hair under the sheets.
