Είναι ένα πλήρως εξοπλισμένο διαμέρισμα με όλες ίσως τις ανέσεις από συσκευές και εξοπλισμό ακόμα και για πολυήμερη διαμονή. Βρίσκεται περίπου 15' με τα πόδια από την παλιά πόλη της Ξάνθης, με σχετικά άνετη στάθμευση στα γύρω στενά.
Η μπαλκονόπορτα και η εξώπορτα του σπιτιού βρίσκονται κυριολεκτικά επάνω στο δρόμο, καθώς το διαμέρισμα είναι ισόγειο, κάτι που δεν εμπνέει ασφάλεια. Κατά τ άλλα, αν και καθαρό κατάλυμα, βρήκαμε όλα τα καθαριστικά (μπουκάλια, σφουγγάρια κλπ) χύμα μέσα στο μπάνιο εδώ και εκεί, κάτι που ρίχνει πολύ την εικόνα του καταλύματος.

Όμορφο δυάρι, ευρύχωρο. Δέκα λεπτά με τα πόδια από το κέντρο της πόλης. Ήταν καθαρό και μας φάνηκε ασφαλές. Θα μπορούσε να μείνει κάποιος αρκετές μέρες με άνεση. Η γειτονιά είναι ήσυχη. Πολύ καλή τιμή.
Ίσως λίγο μικρό μπάνιο αλλά δεν μας ενόχλησε.

Firstly, the photos are from a few years ago. Secondly, unfortunately, the houses on either side are being demolished and we were woken at 7 am to an excavator and hammering. THIS SHOULD OF BEEN NOTIFIED TO US BEFORE WE ARRIVED, as it's not what you expect from a holiday. We also didn't like the area, people rummaging in bins etc and it's a fair walk to the old town. Not often we complain to booking.com so awaiting a refund !
see above, house is in the middle of an ongoing demolition site, pictures of house are from years ago. The town of xanthi itself was very dissapointing, mainly all old houses turned into bars for the younger set
