A beautiful little cottage with everything you need for a happy stay in the countryside. Very welcoming hosts. Very clean. Very comfortable. The beds were really comfortable. Very quiet. Good parking. I stayed for a week with my 4 year old granddaughter and she loved it. Can't get better than that!
My only comment would be that it's probably not the place to stay if you're tall! The upstairs bedroom and ensuite is small and has very low ceilings. I'm only 5ft4in and I managed to whack my head several times. And the shower was virtually impossible to use standing up.

Everything about the Pigsty was great. Very picturesque setting with amazing views. Very quite and peaceful..the cottage had everything we needed for a relaxing long weekend away. Dog friendly, fresh eggs provided by the chicken's there.. lots of information on what to do around Owestry was provided too which was helpful...

It was in a nice location, and views were lovely. It was cute because of it being small, decor was ok.
It’s over priced for what it is, tiny place, no log burner, no proper heating as the under floor heating was on a timer and wasn’t warm enough, cold draft and a damp smell. Needs abit of an upgrade.
