Residence Cransalpin

It’s a beautifully appointed, very cosy apartment with stunning south facing, spacious balcony and views over the valley. Spotlessly clean with every single cookery utensil, extra linen, spacious comfy beds and large sofa to crash and watch tv. Loved the access to the pool and sauna which was an extra bonus along with on site parking. Found the key collection/return super easy and the Agency were super to deal with. Great communication, so refreshing to have a warm welcoming team. Thank you.

Very little and only minor things. Perhaps a couple of larger mugs for hot chocolate! I really liked that there was loads of cleaning materials which can be fiddly to buy, washing up liquid etc. I also loved there were basics, sugar, spices etc. The hosts seemed very trusting which added to the general loveliness iof this wee gem of an apartment.

Lady at agency was very good. View from apartment balcony is excellent. Very clean.

No mention on Booking.com reservation that keys needed to be picked up from local agency. They close at 6pm so anyone arriving after that would not be able to access apartment. Apartment is very small. Only half a toilet roll for a 5 night stay.
