Agriturismo Tenuta Cantagallo

The location was easy enough to find as the Google Maps location was accurate. We were informed of how to get our keys and access the room as we reach the property in the afternoon after the staff has left. . We checked in on a Friday and checked out on a Sunday and didnt encounter any staff or any other guests throughout our stay. This was in the middle of October which I guess is considered their off season so the restaurant at the property was closed. The pool was open but the water was too cold to swim in. They also only do wine tastings on Thursdays so we weren't able to do this or any of the activities. They also don't serve breakfast on weekends so we didnt have this too. We basically just came to the property to sleep as there was nothing else to do. We spent most of our days at Florence city which is about 30-45mins by car depending on the traffic. During the summer seasons I believe the stay would be much better as you can eat at the property and do the activities they have to offer as an agroturismo property but during off season unless you just wanted to get away from the city and stay somewhere remote and isolated then I dont believe this is the place to book.
