The place was clean and comfortable.
It was really cute and had everything we needed.
The parking was the worst part and ended up being so expensive! Our car was also broken into and things stolen because we chose to park on the street. :(

The condo was big enough for my husband, our son and myself. It was good to have 2 bathrooms and the kitchen was very adequate for our needs during this trip.
The shower needs attention in that the pressure isn't great so 50% of the water goes through the shower head, and 50% pours out the tap. Tidying/leveling up the decor would also be a small investment that would make the entire space more appealling and just as comfortable.

The property is within walking distance of Gastown and its attractions. It is warm and comfortable with a generally well equipped kitchen and it was useful to have a washer/dryer. There are several good shops/supermarkets etc that we found near the property and we did tell the owner that the (limited) information in the visitors manual could be updated and provide a visitors book for visitors to pass on information to those that stay in the future.
We had a couple of issues but the owner was proactive in resolving them. As has previously been reported the property could do with a refresh/deep clean and this was acknowledged by the owner to our feedback. The instructions for accessing the property could be clearer including the use of the key fobs. We managed to work out how to use them by trial and error. We did tell the owner that the use of blinds could cause visitors problems during spring/summer due to the amount of light they let in. This was not a problem for us given the time of year we visited but some form of blackout curtains or equivalent should be installed. If you are a light sleeper then the nearby sound of the metro may disturb your sleep, again as previous visitors have reported.
