Federica is very kind and disponible, she gave me many helpful advices for living the best experience in napoli.the location is just perfect with a nice view . A large choice gifted for your breakfast and the bed is comfortable . Special mention also to Alex wich has been very kind during my stay. I will Come back . Forza napoli
The location of bathroom and toilet is little bit a problem specially when you want to go the night can be a problem . but personally for me After 3 days i just get involved so not a big drama

Our host Federica was fantastic. Loved how she took us on a mini-tour of the city centre in her own car, pointing out the sights and places we might like to go. Nothing too much for her.
This is an old building and so you may get a bit concerned but once you are used to it then it is great

Our private bathroom was off the hallway which services all rooms in this section. Bathroom was nice and it was less inconvenient than I expected.
There's also a communal kitchen with all major facilities in.
Great suggestion from Federica for Pizza at the Johnny Takeue near apartment. Amazing
It is a good walk to the city centre which was ok for my wife and I bit not for a ferried we were with. Therefore taxis which added to the costs. But ion you can walk 25 minutes or so then most of the city centre is easily in reach.
The lift in this old building is a very old style. It may not be to everyone's liking but we were ok with it.

The room was spacious and located in a central, safe area, which made it convenient for getting around.
It’s important to note that this stay is in someone’s apartment, where the rooms have been converted into a B&B-style setup. The biggest downside was that the bathroom was not in the suite itself but located outside the room. It doesn’t matter if it’s 1 meter, 1 step, or even 1 cm away—nothing compares to the convenience of having an en-suite bathroom. This was something we overlooked when booking, and had we realized this detail, we likely would have chosen a some place else instead. The bathroom was not only outside the room but also extremely hot—I couldn’t even stand in there for 10 minutes to do my makeup without sweating profusely. Additionally the heat caused a lot of condensation on the water tank above the toilet resulting in us getting constantly splashed by water if/when using the toilet. This made it difficult to feel comfortable during our stay.
Additionally, while the host was helpful, the communication via WhatsApp was excessive and overwhelming. At one point, I opened my phone to find 57 notifications with information that was already included in the booking, such as reminders that the room would have towels and soap, it felt redundant and a bit much.
Adding to the discomfort, other guests staying at the property were extremely loud, shouting and slamming doors from as early as 5 a.m. Overall, the atmosphere felt more like a hostel than a B&B. Thankfully, we were only there for two nights; if our stay had been any longer, we definitely would have cancelled and moved elsewhere.
