Everything was good.

Room was big and clean. It had everything we needed for a place to stay before an early flight. Not too far from orly airport. The free shuttle is convenient once you know where to get on it.

We're Canadian friends who have been travelling for over 9 years and have over 20 years of customer service work experience. It is absolutely RIDICULOUS that the information about the shuttle is not stated on the website or on booking.com. The staff at Orly airport had somehow never heard of the free shuttle either and it goes to multiple hotels in Rungis. When we called for help from the hotel, we were told "I don't work at the airport". When we finally arrived there was a laminated information sheet attached to the desk which has the name of the shuttle service and a link to the website which states where you can get on the shuttle at the airport. Clearly, he could have provided much more information and was just too lazy. This is information that is vital for guests to know, and I am just appalled at the lack of customer service. My friend spoke in French when she called also so it couldn't be blamed on a language barrier.

Parking was very decently priced, secured gates. The suites came with pots, pans, dishes, electric kettle, and silverware which was very convenient. We liked the blackout curtains that we could

The entrance carpet and wall were dirty for both of the suites we rented, and both bathrooms had a bad odor. Also, there were broken pieces of the wall in the entrance of both suites. I think the price was a bit steep for the quality of the suites.
