Résidence l’Hévana in Méribel offers a fantastic location, with a small walk or a one-stop bus ride to the slopes. The host is welcoming and attentive, making the stay feel personal and comfortable. Onsite parking is a major convenience, and the accommodation itself is cozy and well-appointed, providing a relaxing retreat after a day on the slopes.

The WiFi connection was disappointingly weak, which was frustrating. The swimming pool’s walls have an unpleasant sandpaper-like texture, and our daughter grazed herself on a couple of occasions, which detracted from the experience. The Jacuzzi also tended to be lukewarm and could've done with being a few degrees warmer. The TV in the lounge must be close to 20-years-old and should probably be replaced. I was disappointed to see plastic chopping boards in the kitchen - with all the microplastic pollution everywhere, these should ideally be replaced with wooden or metal ones. The bedroom pillows were too soft for my taste, but that’s just a personal preference. Despite these drawbacks, the overall stay was very enjoyable thanks to the great location and warm hospitality.

Location is perfect. Thibault met us at the property and was there waiting for us. He was responsive when we had a minor wifi issue and had it sorted immediately. The apartment is very comfortable, building is great, and again, you cannot beat the location.
