Tees Valley Apartments

Perfect apartement for 2 couples. Opposite the park and in the center for bars, restaurants and take aways. Don't miss the tea rooms, (they are in the museum over the road), for the best in english breakfast/high tea experience. Plenty of easy parking and bus stops along the road. Well heated with big comfy sofas. Two bathrooms, one with bathtub, really helps for a 5 day stay. Very secure. Management company were very responsive with a couple of niggles we had, and they fixed them straight away.

We had a few niggles, but nothing to spoil our holiday. The company were super quick to sort them out. The apartment just needs someone to pay a bit more attention to it. Silly things like 3 glasses in a 4 person room, and a couple of maintainence issues. I am sure they are taking care of it.

Quiet and good Location.

The property is not as clean as one should expect. One of the bathroom needs cleaning and fixtures needs replacing. There were black moulds on the walls shower needs fixing or replacing. Lights need replacing. The tile on the floor is moving under your feet which is dangerous.

Traffic noise

Close to venue where our xmas party was. Was very quiet at night even though busy road. Parking. Comfy bed.

No communication. We turned up on time and still didnt have an entry code. We found a guy to help who was coming out the building and he said we couldn’t have a booking as they didn’t do 1 night. He looked after the apartment. He called owner and we were told our booking was cancelled but Booking.com said all confirmed. We panicked as needed to get ready for a party. We started looking for other options of where to stay. The guy called owner again and eventually they agreed we could stay! It wasn’t cheap! £145 for 1 night.
