Clean and big room. Gentle staff and perfect breakfast. Nice swimming pool and SPA.
That would be great to allow kids to visit SPA under parent’s control.. at least for Sauna and tropical shower if not for Sauna..

Spacious, modern room with fridge, A/C and Nespresso machine, comfy beds and private parking, underground option. Big swimming pool and hot tub. Convenient for airport travellers.
Located in an industrial area. Reception staff not the friendliest to non-fluent French speakers.

Restaurant : great food and service quality
Breakfast buffet with a nice variety of choice and homemade great selection.

Mainly all employees were great. nothing to complain about the service.
Cleanless : room 308 --> empty bags of haribo's sweets found below the bedside table in room 308. // kettle was full of limescale. Both rooms 307-308 : carpets needs a real refurbishment. Room 307, last evening : very bad smell coming from the shower drain.
Facility service: no available sewing kit (even if requested) :( No hotel slippers available as well as no bathrobes: I requested for swimming pool access and was answering that those are available for people having the spa access only. Which means that hotel people without SPA does access the swimming pool with their shoes and needs to use the space to drop them at the entrance of the pool, + changing room there. Not practical at all! At least, you should propose them adding a caution on the room, to be deleted once given back at check-out.
Swimming Pool/Jacuzzi : Stay of 4 nights, 1st day : Jacuzzi empty, 2nd day: Jacuzzi was filled in but water still very cold!, 3rd day, Jacuzzi was good, 4th day is check-out day! So we had only 1 possibility to enjoy the jacuzzi properly.
