Die Vermieterin ist äußerst freundlich und stets bestrebt, ihre Gäste zufriedenzustellen.
Ich wollte die Unterkunft stornieren, da ich mich von meiner Partnerin getrennt habe. Selbst drei Wochen vor der geplanten Reise war es nicht möglich, die Reisekosten kostenfrei zu stornieren – insbesondere für Ischgl, wo die Nachfrage nach schönen Unterkünften stets hoch ist.
Ich bin sehr enttäuscht von den Stornierungsbedingungen bei Booking.com.

Appartement was redelijk klein, zeer beperkte opbergruimte.

*Owners and staff very helpful and welcoming.
*Property was newly built in Aug 2025 with beautiful surfaces, design, and lighting. Building has an elevator.
*Room was well designed with kitchenette which we used to prepare a couple simple meals and breakfast.
*Good bakery and several restaurants at bottom of hidden public stairway directly across street. Ski rental (at low price) 2 doors away from base of stairway.
*Location is as good as it gets: a couple blocks from noisey apres-ski bars, but a short walk to them, and a 2 min walk to elevator to ski gondola. 2 min walk from bus stop (bus from Landeck train station). 4 min walk to Therme Spa facility. 5 min walk to grocery store. There was no location in town we thought would be better.
*Impeccably clean. Fresh towels were provided mid-week which we have not always experienced at similar hotels.
*Owner and staff speak English fluently.
*Pictures and descriptions on Booking.com and their own website are accurate.
*Good value compared to similar properties.
We look forward at Alfreid Apartments again.

This is an excellent choice for travelers from the USA due to easy location for those traveling by train/bus and fluent English.
Breakfast is not provided (contrary to another review), but we enjoyed having a refrigerator, oven, cook top, and dishwasher. Very comfortable for our week-long stay.
