Great location and place. Quiet with garden and all facilities. Ideal for around the region trips. Great wine 😉

Location is excellent as it provides access to almost all Tessin valleys within minutes. The dishwasher is a great plus.
A small microwave oven on the kitchen top could be a nice addition, as well as a shared washing machine.
