About this apartment rental
Refurbished studio/flat has an amazing view from the balcony to wake up to each morning.
The flat consists of a separate Kitchen and Bathroom, main Living/sleeping quarters containing two Murphy style single beds and a couch. Sleeps two comfortably. There is a separate box room with bunk beds to create sleeping for four persons. The bathroom contains a shower, toilet and sink with hairdrier. The apartment contains all mod cons except WiFi, due to the age of the building it can't be installed. We have a cube which is free and available during the winter for guests, Dec - April. We can prepay the cube for €20.00 if required from April to Dec. Reduction made if the month is shared by visitors.
All restaurants and bars on and off the mountain have free wifi. We are in walking distance of the nursery slopes and a ski route to the main 120K of slopes. It is a beautiful resort to ski without being over busy. The area pass allows you to ski in 53 other resorts a including Zell am See, Kaprun, Leogang, Saalbach and Hinterglemm and Gasteins.
In summer the mountains are lusciously beautiful for walkers, bikers and site seeing. Skiing or sight seeing has Zell am See is approx. 1/2 hour drive along with Leogang Saalbach and Hinterglemm. Salzburg is an hour away by road and there is a picturesque train ride between Salzburg and Saalfelden our biggest, nearest town. Badgastein is 40mins away by road and Kitzbuhel is about an hour. We are very centrally positioned to reach many tourist attractions, There is a indoor pool in the village and an outdoor pool in the next village - Maria Alm. All the hotels do great food and without robbing the bank.

The apartment is small but clean and cosy with great views on Alps. Communication with landlord and local property manager was great, they are very nice and welcoming people. One star down is for (a) missing wifi (though landlords offered to sort it out at extra charge), (b) no wardrobe in the appartment so literally you need to keep your clothes in the luggage during the stay, and (c) missing grocery in the village (nearest is about 4 miles away).

The appartment was small, but cozy. The seats at the dinner table weren’t the comfiest, but it was alright for a week. We had an amazing stay and would reccomend to stay here!

Die Fenster und auch außerhalb der Fenster und unter den Betten war es dreckig.
Die Küche war einigermaßen koch fähig eingerichtet allerdings muss man Messer von daheim mitnehmen da die vorhandenen eher Stumpf sind.
Es ist relativ eng für 4 Personen eher ungeeignet.
Die Hochbetten sind robust und meine Kinder hatten sehr viel Spaß.
Die 2 Schrankbetten sind schon sehr durchgelegen man sollte sie austauschen.
Umgebung war im Sommer ein Traum im Winter kann ich es mir auch sehr gut vorstellen.
Der Kontakt zu den Vermieter und der Vermittlerin war sehr unkompliziert und herzlich.

Na gut, es ist zwar etwas klein, aber gut ausgestattet.
In der Küche alles da. Toller großer Balkon mit toller Aussicht.
Tolle ruhige Spaziermöglichkeit direkt ab Haus.
Ich würde jederzeit wieder hin :-)
