The room was great apart from a small fridge would have been useful The food was lovely & nothing was too much trouble. The owners are very pleasant & extremely accommodationing.

Great value.... Parking included! Breakfast included! No charge for the dog! Friendly welcome from the owner. A pleasant establishment. Maisie ( dog) was allowed in the dining room which proves it really was 'dogs welcome" - I've stayed elsewhere where I had to have breakfast earlier or after other guests had finished. She also got a tasty breakfast sausage, which doesn't happen often. My breakfast was nicely cooked and tasty...just enough to set me up for a nice day walking. Owner quickly accomodated me in a different room, when I explained why I couldn't stay. The owner manages mostly by himself, with help from a friend, so he does well.

Issues with my room had me go downstairs, with my bags, ready to leave BUT owner offered me a different room, and then brought my bags up for me. 8.30 was the latest for breakfast, but it worked out without a rush - I was in shortly before then, after a dog-walk and owner immediately attended to my breakfast requirements. There's a small charge for extra tea/coffee/ milks, but I always bring my own, do that was fine. The owner's friend came into my room at 9 - even though I didn't have to vacate til 10. I would've knocked, but just a reminder to lock the door.

Friendly staff. Room on first floor front. Large room with en-suite shower room. Bed comfortable and we slept well. Breakfast was excellent. Full English.

Pillows uncomfortable. Some noise from other guests.

Nice staff, close to the beach. Good breakfast.

No negatives to mention.
