The room had a fabulous view, the breakfast room likewise and the quality of the food and beverages was very good. The lifts were essential and the tisane bar was a bonus. The staff were very friendly and helpful - and most spoke English. The beds were good and the heating control worked well. The midday check-out time allowed for plenty of relaxation time on the day of departure.
Hanging space was limited and not enclosed. The duvets were heavy...and I had requested twin beds but these were arranged as a double. Parking space was limited, with some people taking up more than one space. While the heating worked well, the fan blew cold air directly onto the bed, so the only way to get fresh air without freezing was to open the window. Carpets needed shampooing.

It overlooks the Channel and the beautiful promenade. Easy access to shops and restaurants. The hotel is spotlessly clean and the staff are lovely. Breakfast is buffet style and the choice is exceptional.

Location, casino, food
It was soooo dusty. When we turned on the bedside lamp we could visibly see dust flying through the air. It did not settle.i told reception and they agreed that they have a hard time dusting. But they need a solution to getting rid of it permanently. I am allergic to dust and woke up with swollen eyes and laboured breathing. It was not good.
