Excellent stay at the Future Inn. Room was very well appointed and comfortable, with all required amenities. Loved the little extra touches, like fresh fruit in the lobbies and an ice-making machine, plus real wine glasses in the rooms. Location was great for visiting the Millennium Centre. Breakfast was also an excellent choice and was hot! Would happily stay there again.

Clean, spacious rooms. Beds are very comfortable. Bathroom clean and stocked up with what you need. Asked for a cot and it was in our room waiting which was also lovely and clean. Ample amount of towels. The staff were lovely and helpful. General shared areas clean and tidy. Tea/coffee facilities in the room, TV etc.
Hearing others doors slam at all hours of the night and the busy traffic outside all beeping at each other but that’s just part and parcel of staying in a hotel and not directly the hotels fault so no problems here and it wouldn’t put us off staying again.

Modern clean hotel, room and bathroom very good. Staff were very polite.
Mattress was very hard and uncomfortable so I did not sleep well. This is the only reason I would not stay here again.
