If you’re still thinking of booking this place—think no more! It exceeded our expectations from start to finish. From the warm welcome by Marco to a smooth check-out, everything was seamless.
The location is perfect. Our room had a view of the small canals, and it’s true—you can see and hear the echo of gondola singers, which made the experience feel extra special. The complimentary welcome prosecco was such a treat after a long travel day.
If you’re planning to shop, you’re close to major stores, and San Marco Square is just a short walk away. The bed was nice and firm (just how we like it), and it was incredibly quiet at night—we had such a peaceful sleep. I was worried about the lack of blackout curtains, but the room was dark enough for a good night’s rest.
The bathroom was spacious and very clean. We travelled with small carry-on luggage and left our large suitcases in storage in Milan, which I’d definitely recommend—opening two big suitcases in the room would feel a bit cramped.
We took public transportation by boat, and it was easy enough to navigate. Just make sure you have access to your phone so you don’t get lost in Venice. Also, don’t forget to bring some cash for the city tax fees.

Chiara is very nice host. We stayed on the third floor with no elevator, but is because we have read comments so we well prepared with only brought small luggages when arrived, with big luggages u can store and luggage deposit shop nearby train station. bare in mind the toilet is on the upstairs of ur room, which u need to climb everytime when u want to go to toilet. other than that the room was very gothic feeling with dim lights. Host were very nice offered us free champagne. i like the bed the most its firm and comfy.
