Room is nice and staff also nice but unfortunately room 107 is VERY VERY NOISY. All the day constant LOUD banging of heavy hotel doors and constant chatting from in the corridors. The doors slam so loudly my bed shakes.

Our stay was fantastic, from convenient location to the impeccable cleanliness and friendly staff. The facilities was good. Transportation options were readily available.

In general, the room was big enough and also somehow clean but still could have been cleaner. I would recommend good material for shower and dush is required. The problem which I faced with was lacking a place for luggages or in terms of heavy stuff to carry on to the hotel. So one has to carry through the stairs going on. Also the breakfast was fine but lacking vegan options.

Completely loved this place. Save for the difficulty of carrying heavy luggage up and down the steps (please give us a ramp!), this place was just wonderful. The front staff was always helpful with questions, the food and drinks in the room were appropriately priced, the rooms were cleaned every day without being intrusive. The bathrooms and rooms felt new. The neighborhood was also special. It was quiet and residential and safe for solo female travelers. It was a four-minute walk to the Messe, and the museums and old town were a comfortable and safe walk away. Absolutely staying here again. :)
