The shower dispenser didn’t work. The WiFi didn’t work, we had to got outside the building to make calls.
The bed was on wheels and moved every time we got into it, it was quite a risk actually.
The breakfast wasn’t great, my husband asked for a double espresso she gave him some light brown water in a cup, it looked terrible, no buffet style breakfast so had to wait for breakfast to be cooked. On the second day we thought we would give it a second chance, as we entered in the restaurant the waitress was throwing up outside the fire exit door and you could hear it and see it, then she said she may have drank her tea too fast. She then came straight over to us and asked us if we wanted tea or coffee, she did not wash her hands and you cannot be serving someone food when you have just been sick. We decided to skip breakfast and check out. When checking out she asked us if we were sure we didn’t want to stay for breakfast we just said we couldn’t after what we witnessed this morning, then she said she would refund our breakfast but as we booked Via Agoda it would have to go through them. We just wanted to get out of there by this point. We will never be going back there.
