The best reason to book this hotel is the location. The Public Market is at the doorstep. The hotel decor and bathroom amenities are great. However, the hotel needs improvement in several areas. The main one being the noise. I am not a light sleeper, yet the garbage truck noises woke me up at 6 am on a Sunday. Some effort needs to be made to soundproof the windows. When I checked in, the bedding was not neatly done although this is personally not a big issue for me. The receptionist put a $200 hold on my card even though the amount should be $100. The elevator’s carpet needs to be replaced as it is worn out and kills the whole vibe. We were given a two free beverage cards for our 2 night stay. When asked, we were given an additional hour late check-out for free. Overall, Palihotel Seattle is great and I would stay again.

Hotel had hidden destination fees. Bunk room lights were too dim especially near bathroom. TV wasn’t working and slow wifi. Lobby decorations were cute.
